Presentation files must be in Microsoft PowerPoint format for PC.

If your presentation has files of other formats, they should, where possible, be incorporated into the PowerPoint file.

3. If your presentation has videos

Preferably use the MP4 format; otherwise, AVI or MPEG formats can be used.

Video files must accompany your presentation and be saved in the same folder.

It is advisable to set up the automatic launch of the videos when they are inserted into the PowerPoint file.

4. If your presentation is made under MAC

Images must be in a PC-compatible format, including JPEG, BMP or GIF. Do not use the PICT (QuickTime) format.

9. Intellectual Property Right

Each speaker must ensure that the pre-existing works (photographs, graphics, music, film extracts, etc.) integrated into his presentation can be used and that the necessary authorizations have been obtained.

Otherwise, the speaker declares to possess all the authorizations related to the intellectual property rights in the works that make up his presentation and assumes responsibility for all the sums due under these rights.

As such, the speaker informs SOFCOT against any claim brought by third parties on the ground that part of its presentation constitutes an infringement of pre-existing intellectual property rights, SOFCOT cannot be sought or concerned in this regard.

In order to ensure the smooth running of your intervention on a technical level, we thank you for respecting all these recommendations.
