SOFCOT – 100ème Congrès de la Société Française de Chirurgie Orthopédique & Traumatologique
The ePosters will be on display in a dedicated area of the exhibition hall, on three screens equipped with headphones, allowing visitors to listen to the authors’ recorded commentary.
There are no plans for a public oral presentation session for the ePosters.
Your ePoster is a PowerPoint file in 16:9 format comprising several slides, similar to a traditional presentation.
A template is available to download by clicking here.
You are free to choose the content of your presentation.
However, presentations must only contain graphic (or audio) elements for which you hold the intellectual property rights.
If you wish to submit a version with audio, the file must be in MP4 format. An ePoster without audio must be submitted in .ppt or .pptx format.
The person identified as the presenter must be registered for the ePoster to be published.
Your ePoster can be produced in French and/or English.
The audio for your presentation, which is embedded in the file, can also be in French or English.
No translation will be provided.
ePosters should ideally be sent to us by 16 October 2026, midnight by email to christophe.schwob@mcocongres.com
Silent version (PPT or PPTx), or version with audio (MP4).
If the file is too large to send by email, please use the SuissTransfer service (based in Europe).
This year, we give you the opportunity to send us an audio version of your ePoster. This is an ePoster onto which you will record an audio commentary of your presentation.
We recommend that you limit the total duration to 5 minutes.
This audio commentary is not compulsory, but the advantage of this format is that it provides a complete version of your presentation to those who view your ePoster.
Submitting the file in advance of the conference will enable us to check the format and duration, and to adapt the file to the ‘ePosters’ section.
These pre-recorded presentations will be accessible only to participants registered for the SOFCOT 2026 conference, in the dedicated ‘ePosters’ section.
The narrated presentation of your talk must be submitted online in MP4 format.
There are several tutorials available online to help you create this MP4 recording. We recommend the following tutorials:
You can use ZOOM to record your presentation before sending it to us.
1. Installation: Go to ZOOM, create a free account, download the application et install it on your computer.
2. Set-up: Launch the app and log in to your new account. Set the default settings as shown in the screenshots below.

3. Recording:
TIP: We recommend that you carry out an initial test for a few seconds to ensure that you have set all the settings correctly, and that you are happy with your framing.
At the end of your presentation, bring the meeting to a close. Zoom will then convert your recording into several files (text, audio and video). The only file you need to send us is the MP4 file.
File without audio on several slides, including a slide on the declaration of conflicts of interest.
